- Service descriptions do not create a fixed manufacturing commitment until project scope and quotation terms are confirmed.
- Capabilities, testing, substitutions, delivery, and packaging depend on the files and requirements reviewed for each project.
RFQ and project scope
- Quotes should be based on confirmed files, quantities, specifications, acceptance criteria, and delivery requirements.
- Component substitutions require customer approval before procurement or assembly proceeds.
- Confidential or large files should be shared only through the channel agreed during the inquiry.
